Participants will learn to how to achieve a better level of self-awareness of how they react to conflict, distinguish the difference between healthy and unhealthy conflict and apply skills to have healthy conflict.

In this program, participants explore the many dimensions of the effective internal consultant. In the role of internal consultant you spend a lot of time with people - understanding their problems, reviewing alternatives, persuading them to take ownership, establishing contracts or agreements, making proposals and asking people to commit to action. To be successful, your technical and business skills must be backed up with sound communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of your organization.

For years many companies have struggled with the dilemma of which improvement program to use: Lean or Six Sigma. While some continue to debate the issue, others have come to realize that Lean and Six Sigma can work well together to improve processes, increase quality and drive out costs.

This program is designed to provide training for engineering, quality and technical professionals needing to conduct Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA) regarding both process and design initiatives. Training will not only include FMEA, but methods and techniques for determining the proper inputs for both process and design phases. Each participant will be thoroughly trained and will be able to participate in the preparation and the application of FMEA.

GD&T is the common language of engineering drawings. In 1994, the Industry Standard underwent a major revision. This comprehensive program covers all the changes and provides the participant with a working knowledge of Mechanical Drawings. The program includes a text book entitled, GD&T Participant’s Guide, published by Excel Partnership and a GD&T Slide Rule.
