Are you interested in identifying your personal interaction style and how it impacts your mentoring style? Would you like to create an optimal mentoring environment? This program will help you understand key tools and models for mentoring success while identifying your personal action plan to increase your mentoring effectiveness.

This program will provide participants with the opportunity to deliver a two-minute presentation (with videotaping), as well as a private one-on-one post-presentation oral and written evaluation.

Delivering a clear, concise and polished technical presentation sets you apart! Participants will have the opportunity to present one brief technical presentation (about two minutes) to the audience (with videotaping) followed by individual meetings with one-on-one oral and written evaluation.

Whether the participants will present to large or small groups within the organization, conduct training programs, lead information-sharing meetings or speak to audiences outside the organization, they will learn to dynamically present a well-prepared message. Participants will gain knowledge about new methods for presentation preparation and delivery. The facilitator will coach each participant in a live audience situation, maximizing the unique presentation style of each participant.

One of the major reasons for project failure is poor communication with stakeholders during the project. Stakeholders are the individuals who are involved in, have a vested interest in, or exert influence on, the project. To insure the success of a project, project managers and team members must seek to develop strong relationships with the important stakeholders. The development of these relationships must be an ongoing process throughout the life of the project. This program focuses on the skills and tools necessary to effectively communicate with and influence the stakeholders in a project.
