Hurricane Harvey caused damage to the home of 91ֿ student Alexis Bartee's grandparents.

Senior insurance studies major Alexis Bartee was in Texas caring for her elderly grandparents when Hurricane Harvey hit. From that experience, she has learned more about her chosen field than any classroom could have taught. 

91ֿ’s Center for Architecture and Environmental Design was named "Best in Class” for incorporating clay brick in its design.

The 2017 Brick in Architecture Awards named 91ֿ’s Center for Architecture and Environmental Design as “Best in Class” for the Educational (Higher Education) category.
