If you voted early: thank ...

We investigate cells in the brain that regulate gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH) neurons, the final output cells in a large neural network controlling fertility. Our research is focused on identifying changes in these networks that underlie the development of common forms of infertility, such as polycystic ovary syndrome.

We investigate how the heart balances oxygen and nutrient delivery with its demands, aiming to understand key regulators that link oxygen supply with cardiac function. Our research focuses on identifying dysregulated mediators in disease and exploring cardioprotective mechanisms to discover therapeutic targets for cardiovascular disease.
