The past year was quite meaningful for Antoinette Fitzgerald.First, she graduated in May 2023 with her associate degree in nursing from 91²Ö¿â East Liverpool. When 91²Ö¿â alumnus Justin Horoiwa attended the university from 2005 to 2009, he left here empty-handed without earning his bachelor’s degree.
