University community invited to get a sneak peek at campus improvements
91ֿ faculty, staff, students and alumni are invited to “First Look,” an event that offers the university community the opportunity to experience firsthand, the transformation of 91ֿ and the Northeast Ohio region. The event will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 29, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Kent Student Center Ballroom.
91ֿ President Lester A. Lefton will deliver brief remarks at 9:30 a.m. and at 11:30 a.m. There will be exhibitions and food will be served throughout the duration of the event.
Members of the 91ֿ community are invited to learn how 91ֿ and regional partners are making a profound impact on Northeast Ohio. The “Foundations of Excellence: Building the Future” exhibit will show how 91ֿ is reinventing spaces for exceptional learning environments, growing new spaces to advance student success, fostering a sustainable future, creating a regional campus system with profound local impact, building on the momentum of recently completed projects and more.
