Petrella’s position is effective July 1.
She will succeed John Crawford-Spinelli, Ed.D., who is retiring at the end of June.
Melody Tankersley, 91ֿ’s senior vice president and provost, thanked the search committees for both positions, as well as Allan Boike, D.P.M., dean of the College of Podiatric Medicine, who chaired the search committee for the College of Nursing, and Amy Reynolds, Ph.D., dean of the College of Communication and Information, who chaired the search committee for the College of the Arts. The time and careful discernment of the search committees brought 91ֿ the right candidates for these important posts.
