Leadership Tuscarawas is proud to announce that Kim Nathan, MSN, RN has been selected as the 2020 recipient of the Alumni Award of Excellence. The award is given annually to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding service to the Leadership Tuscarawas program, their chosen profession and helping to improve the quality of life of people who live and work in Tuscarawas County.
According to her nominator, Diane Lautenschlager, “Kim Nathan has always been a role model for emerging professionals in Tuscarawas County. It is a blessing to know someone that truly inspires you to up your game- to reach higher and to become a better leader and person. Kim Nathan is a consummate professional and is highly deserving of the 2021 Leadership Tuscarawas Award of Excellence.â€
Examples of Kim’s servant leadership in the community include Chair of Healthy Tusc for 5+ years; Leadership Tuscarawas past president and board member; Access Tusc committee; Corporate Challenge; ADAMHS board fund raising gala; and Dover Tornadoes Club-mom’s supporting athletes to name just a few.
Kim was given her award by the 2019 award winner, Jim Gill during a virtual presentation program as part of the Healthy Tuscarawas monthly program on March 18.
