Testing Services
Testing Services at 91²Ö¿â Stark promotes student learning experiences by following established procedures for administering tests in a professional and standardized manner. We support students, 91²Ö¿â faculty, and test sponsors, both domestic and abroad, by managing tests promptly, fairly, and accurately. Testing Services has committed to the National College Testing Association’s Professional Standards and Guidelines.
Testing Services is located on the lower level of the Library.
TESTING SERVICES HOURS
All testing must be COMPLETED at the specified end time each day.
Aug. 19 - Dec. 13
Monday - Tuesday: 9 a.m. - 7:45 p.m.
Wednesday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Campus closed Sept. 2, Nov. 11, Nov. 28-29.
Dec. 9 - 13 - No placement testing
No ALEKS or ACCUPLACER testing available this week.
IN-PERSON TESTING
In-person testing is available by appointment only. No walk-in testing available.
TESTING PROVIDED
- ALEKS Math placement testing (may be taken online from home)
- ALEKS Math Reassessment must be taken in person. .
- ACCUPLACER Reading and Writing placement testing
- Make-up and SAS exams
COLLEGE CREDIT PLUS PLACEMENT TESTING
CCP students who would like to take placement testing at 91²Ö¿â Stark should follow these guidelines:
- Before any placement can be taken, you must first apply to 91²Ö¿â Stark's CCP program.
- Email ksustarkccp@kent.edu with testing questions.
- If CCP placement testing is needed, or call Testing Services to schedule an appointment.
- A photo ID is required before testing.
