Guest Accounts
Guest accounts are used for individuals who are not traditional students, faculty or staff. A guest account will give the person access to Stark Campus computers, FlashLine, Blackboard, Canvas, 91²Ö¿â email, department network drives and any other campus resources. All guest accounts should be requested by the supervisor or sponsoring party.
GUEST ACCOUNTS
This automated service enables 91²Ö¿â faculty and staff to create temporary accounts for non university personnel (e.g., guest students, contractors), giving them access to the wireless network and to various administrative systems such as email and Google Drive as needed.
Employees may sponsor up to 20 accounts at a time. Sponsors determine the duration of the account (up to one year, renewable) and have the ability to delete an account at any point.
STUDENT EMPLOYEE ACCOUNTS
This automated service enables 91²Ö¿â faculty and staff to create ad hoc temporary accounts for university student employees, giving them access to various administrative systems such as Office 365 email and Google Drive as needed.
Employees may sponsor up to 20 accounts at a time. Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that the use of a guest account adheres to 91²Ö¿â policies. Sponsors also determine the duration of the account (up to one year, renewable) and have the ability to delete an account at any point.
