Congratulations to Abby Eng, Ph.D., associate professor in biostatistics, and Melissa Zullo, Ph.D., professor of epidemiology, program coordinator, and associate dean for academic and faculty affairs, who have been named Most Valuable Professor (MVP) by KSU Women’s Lacrosse senior student-athlete Megan French. Eng and Zullo were selected as faculty members who made the largest impact on a student-athlete's academic success at 91²Ö¿â and were recognized during a lacrosse game on March 19.

Sam Rubens, MPA

Sam Rubens, MPA, administrator with the Akron Regional Air Quality Management District and adjunct faculty in the College of Public Health, has been named Most Valuable Professor (MVP) by KSU Women’s Gymnastics senior student-athlete Karlie Franz. Rubens was selected as a faculty member who made the largest impact on a student-gymnast's academic success at 91²Ö¿â and was recognized during a gymnastics meet on March 17 at the MAC Center.

Mary Step, Ph.D.

Mary Step, Ph.D., associate professor in the 91²Ö¿â College of Public Health, has been recognized with the Bronze Teaching Recognition Award by the Center for Teaching and Learning at 91²Ö¿â for Teaching and Learning. The Bronze Award in Teaching Development recognizes learning evidence-based practices for instruction and developing a plan to use them. Step was recognized for the “Supporting Ethical Information Accessibility in the Public Health Ethics” course. Many congratulations!
