The 91ֿ Faculty/Staff Bowling League is now accepting new teams, members and substitute bowlers. Bowlers compete weekly on Monday evenings at 6:20 p.m. at Spins Bowl Kent (formerly Bill White’s Twinstar Lanes) on state Rt. 59 in Kent.
The Faculty/Staff Bowling League is open to all full-time, part-time and retired employees, as well as their families and friends.
The 2017-2018 91ֿ bowling season begins Sept. 18 and continues through April 9, 2018. The cost is $14 a week.
91ֿ's holiday closure for 2024 will begin Monday, Dec. 23, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. All offices will re-open on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025. Employees not eligible for the paid leave include student employees, classified temporary staff, temporary agency staff, short-term unclassified appointments, unclassified intermittent appointments and employees in a lay-off status. More information on the holiday schedule, including how employees should report time during that period, will be available later this month.
Testing Your Faith Act (H.B. 353) was enacted in the Spring 2023 semester. In ordinance with this bill, 91ֿ created a new administrative policy for religious and spiritual accommodations. This administrative policy allows students to report up to three days of unexcused absences to participate in religious holidays or community-held events in alignment with their spirituality.
