Does the temporary relief of the holiday break seem as if it has worn off? Are you feeling a little “stressed?” We all realize that stress is a part of life. We can’t avoid it; however, some of us have the ability to cope with stress in a more proactive way. Not having the right tools in place and reacting negatively can leave you prone to suffer stress-related symptoms and illnesses.
The goal of this program is to learn the tools to manage stress in an effective way. Our time will be spent covering the following:
Join Fit for Life, formerly Faculty/Staff Exercise Program, and get the individual and small group attention you need while improving your goals at your own pace.
Be Well Solutions’ health coaches, certified through Wellcoaches of America, work with employees individually to help them reach their wellness goals. Health coaches have expertise in a variety of areas, including exercise, nutrition, stress management, tobacco cessation and general health. Onsite health coaching sessions will be available throughout the year on select dates to all full-time, benefits-eligible employees. In addition to onsite health coaching, unlimited telephonic health coaching is available Monday-Friday year round.
91ֿ is currently offering employees the opportunity to obtain Guaranteed Issue permanent life insurance for yourself and your family to supplement any existing benefits.
