Located in Independence, Ohio, it is one of nine accredited podiatry colleges in the United States and is a four-year, graduate-level medical college, granting the degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. East Liverpool – 91ֿ at East Liverpool is hosting a two-day event Jan. 21 and 22 to celebrate the birthday of Daniel Johnston, a musician and artist who once attended the local campus.
