University of York, England, United Kingdom - ISEP
is located in the city of York, situated in the north of England. A contemporary, student-friendly city, York is renowned for its rich history and heritage, with ancient walls dating back to Roman times encircling the city center. With a population of 200,000, it's a buzzing city that’s small enough to cycle and walk around (York is one of the UK’s most cycle-friendly cities), or you can always use the fast and frequent bus service which runs between both the campus and city center. York is perfectly placed half-way between London and Edinburgh, with good transport links by train and air to the rest of the UK and to Europe but it's also ideally situated to explore the stunning scenery of Yorkshire and surrounding areas. The main campuses of the University of York are situated on the outskirts of the city of York in a parkland setting surrounding small lakes, within walking distance of York city center.
The University of York offers expansive course offerings across ten colleges. The University will provide you with a network of support, friendship, facilities, and a full calendar of events and activities to help you settle in. Meet students from over 150 countries on campus and become part of the University’s diverse community. ISEP students can participate in the over 200 social, cultural, international, and religious student-led societies and over 60 sports clubs to choose from.
