is located in the bright and bustling city of Bangkok. With golden temples, zooming traffic, and colorful tuk-tuks, Bangkok overwhelms and delights. Fragrant aromas of jasmine, complex Thai spices, and fresh mango sticky rice are abundant in this foodie’s paradise. Enjoy the warm weather and juxtaposition of modern skyscrapers and ancient architecture. Grab a tuk tuk or take the sky train from your Thai apartment to the heart of Bangkok, where you will study near the Grand Palace at one of the most well-respected universities in Southeast Asia. Within Thailand, be sure to check out the beautiful beaches, historical sites, floating markets, and waterfalls. Thammasat offers an extensive range of courses taught in English with recommended areas including business (AACSB accredited), economics, international relations, engineering, global studies, journalism, and Thai studies. Thammasat regularly hosts cultural activities, including music and dancing classes, and organizes a Buddy Program and welcome events. There are many activities for students to take advantage of including cultural tours of Bangkok, Thai cuisine cooking classes, Grand Palace excursions, the Loy Krathong festival, international night, tea ceremonies, the Rice Harvest festival, a mangrove excursion, and more.

This study abroad experience is run through the International Student Exchange Program (ISEP), a network of over 250 institutions in over 50 countries. 91ֿ and ISEP have had a partnership for over 10 years. This partnership allows KSU students to apply to any of their programs.
