Returning Students
Your current FLASHcard will continue to work for you. If you lost your previous FLASHcard you can visit our office for a replacement. There is a $25.00 lost card fee. You can upload a new photo or keep your same picture.
What is a FLASHcard?
The FLASHcard is your 91²Ö¿â ID card and more. Your card will let you take materials out of the 91²Ö¿â libraries, access services such as Student Recreation & Wellness Center and athletic events, and purchase goods and services both on and off campus. If you have a food plan, you will use your FLASHcard to purchase meals in our dining halls.
If you have a credit on your account that will result as a refund, you can request it to be transferred to your Flashcard account. FlashCash will allow you to make purchases both on and off campus wherever the FLASHcard is accepted. It begins two weeks prior to each semester. Students may request a credit from their account to be transferred into FlashCash two weeks prior to the start of the term/session in which they are enrolled. Please allow 2 business days to process your request. Requests can be processed by completeting the Request for FlashCash form and must come from the student’s kent.edu email address. If you have questions about this FLASHcash process, you may contact the Financial, Billing and Enrollment Center.
