3. Apply to the Reading Endorsement Preparation Program:
How do I register for the reading endorsement? You must apply to the graduate school. There are two choices:
- M.Ed. (Master’s in Reading Specialization) or
- Graduate non-degree
Consider applying for the M.Ed. (Masters of Education) rather than grad non-degree. If you go the grad non-degree route, you can only transfer 12 of your 13 hours into a Master’s Program (meaning you lose 1 hour). You have 6 years to complete your Master’s degree.
How do I apply to the Graduate School?
APPLY NOW. We have rolling admissions so apply as soon as possible to ensure you can register for the necessary courses. DO NOT WAIT or you may not be admitted in time. Late admissions may result in being closed out of the necessary classes.
Go to www.kent.edu/admissions/apply. Select the College and Graduate School of Education, Health, and Human Services.
