Marisa Santillo (she/her)
Graduate Assistant, Student Leadership Development
I'm starting my second year in my graduate program for Higher Education Administration and am a proud KSU alumna! I graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Communication Studies and was very involved in student leadership as an undergraduate student. Over the summer, I have been working as an Academic Advisor for the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship and interning in the Student Success Office at Northeast Ohio Medical University. I am a huge Taylor Swift fan, love taking Pilates classes, and recently picked up pickle ball!
Carla Thigpen (she/her)
Student Leadership Consultant
I am a senior majoring in business management with minors in human resources management and leadership. This will be my second year as a Student Leadership Consultant and I can't wait to get started! In my free time, I like to go on walks, read books, and spend time with my family and friends. This summer I have had the privilege of interning with JOANN Fabrics and just completed the Flash Fellows program. I hope to see you at a workshop this year!

I am a senior majoring in fashion design with minors in marketing and sustainability, and this will be my second year as a Student Leadership Consultant. I am originally from Southern California and had the opportunity to study abroad in spring 2024. Being from the west coast, I love going to the beach, spending time with friends, and thrifting. This summer I have been a design intern at Kohl's in their New York City office!

I am a sophomore majoring in business analytics and this will be my first year as a Student Leadership Consultant. I am an active member of International Student Council and have spent my summer spending time with friends in Las Vegas, Nevada!
