The 91²Ö¿â Communiversity Choir is presenting a free concert on Thursday, Nov. 15, beginning at 7 p.m. to celebrate peace, patriotism and thanksgiving.
The concert will take place in the City Center auditorium and will feature a medley of songs representing all branches of the U.S. military and the veterans who served, as well as songs of peace and gratitude.
Between songs, local veterans will present readings from the diary of a World War II veteran.
The choir is under the direction of Mel Fucci, associate professor of music at 91²Ö¿â Salem.
The City Center is located at 230 N. Lincoln Ave. in Salem. Handicap parking and access is available at the rear of the building.
