Commencement Ceremonies Held on Salem Campus

Caps and Gowns Commencement ceremonies were held May 13 for the 91�ֿ� Salem Campus. Dr. Steve Nameth, dean of the 91�ֿ� Columbiana County Campuses, presided over the event, along with Dr. Celeste Oprean, assistant dean for the Salem Campus.

Students speakers Devyn Rothbrust and Lisa Kesseg The keynote speaker was Rep. Timothy Ginter, State Representative for the 5^th Ohio House District.

Student speakers included Lisa Kesseg of the Insurance Studies program and Devyn Rothbrust of the Horticulture program.

Nearly 400 degrees were awarded this semester between the 91�ֿ� Salem and East Liverpool campuses. All Smiles

Ohio Rep. Monica Robb Blasdel Named Keynote Speaker for 91�ֿ� Columbiana County Commencement Ceremonies

Ohio Rep. Monica Robb Blasdel (R-Columbiana) will address 91�ֿ� Columbiana County graduates as the keynote speaker at commencement ceremonies on May 9 at Beaver Local High School.

Diplomas will be presented to graduates from the summer 2024, fall 2024 and spring 2025 semesters on the 91�ֿ� East Liverpool and Salem campuses.

2025 Environmental Justice Conference: Arctic Nations and Climate Change

The 2025 91�ֿ� East Liverpool Earth Day Environmental Justice Undergraduate Research Conference will be held April 26, calling attention to Arctic nations and climate change.
