LaunchNET 91ֿ's Small Business Showcase events offer opportunities for student entrepreneurs to network, present their business concepts and sell their products. 

Chef Showcase Fall 2024

Students were treated to special culinary creations prepared by some of the university's top chefs, along with a chance to win prizes at a Chef Showcase event at Eastway Center and the DI Hub. 

Virtual Fashion Show 2024

Students from 91ֿ's School of Fashion were able to showcase their designs digitally, by clothing avatar models, for a runway show on floor-to-ceiling, wraparound screens at the DI Hub's Blank Lab. 

Art students recreate ancient artifact using modern technology

Students in 91ֿ's School of Art had the opportunity to use modern methods to recreate an ancient Chinese wine vessel. 

Brainstorming Zero Waste at the DI Hub

91ֿ's DI Hub is participating in the Campus Race to Zero Waste One-Building Challenge, a friendly competition between universities with the goal of finding all the ways to reduce the amount of non-diverted trash in a specific university facility.

Since she was a child, Caitlyn Skilton, a recent graduate of the zoology program at 91ֿ, has harbored a passion for ecology, with a deep love for birds of all kinds. She chose to extend this love in her undergraduate work at 91ֿ. On December 1, Skilton, who also minored in photojournalism, hosted a reception for her “Flight of the Chimney Swift” immersive multimedia exhibit in the Design Innovation (DI) Hub’s Blank_Lab.
