AERI Registrations
AERI 2016 applications for papers, posters, panels, and workshops are now closed. Successful applicants need to finalize registration by April 30 at the latest to ensure a dorm room space.
Day registration opens April 18.
IMPORTANT DATES
November 16, 2015: Call for participation and submission form available via AERI 2016 website (). Early applications are strongly encouraged!
February 1, 2016: Deadline for receipt of applications
March 15, 2016: Notification of acceptance to attend AERI 2016; registration opens
April 30, 2016: Registration closes for full-week participants
**Full-week registration extended until April 30**
May 1, 2016: Call for participation for day registration begins
May 9, 2016: Preliminary program posted to AERI 2016 website
June 1, 2016: Final AERI 2016 program available on website
June 27, 2016: Day registrations close
July 8, 2016: AERI 2016 commences
July 12, 2016: AERI 2016 closes
