Based on Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team the facilitator will define the Five Dysfunctions of a Team Model. Participants will engage in a team building activity and identify key lessons learned. Individuals will determine the status of their own team through self-assessment, and identify strengths and opportunities in their current leadership approach.
