Visiting scholar Fatih Cetinkaya
Visiting professor, Fatih Cetinkaya, Ph.D., received a signature 91²Ö¿â black squirrel from Amanda Johnson, Ph.D., director of the Gerald Read Center for International and Intercultural Education. 
 
Fatih Cetinkaya, Ph.D., a guest professor from Duzce University in Turkey, visited 91²Ö¿â and discussed his research on culturally diverse themes in children's picture books in libraries, focusing on their appropriateness for young readers.

Cetinkaya came to campus through the Aggarwal-Blackburn Visiting Scholars Program, named after Pushpa V. Aggarwal and Minta L. Blackburn, housed in the Gerald H. Read Center for International and Intercultural Education in the College of Education, Health and Human Services at 91²Ö¿â.
