Water Fitness Classes
We offer water fitness classes in partnership with our Fitness and Wellness area. These classes are part of our Group X classes which require an active Group X membership, with the exception of SilverSneakers Splash.
These classes include the following:
- Aqua Shallow / SilverSneakers Splash
- Aqua Deep
- BOGA Yoga
- BOGA Fit
