Looking to incorporate more plant-based meals into your diet? This month-long challenge is designed to educate on the benefits of following a plant-based diet without eliminating all animal-based foods.  

Participants are encouraged to eat at least one plant-based meal a day. To qualify, the meal must be at least 50 percent vegetables or fruit, and have one serving of plant-based protein (the meal doesn't need to be completely vegan).  

Participants will be eligible to win random prizes throughout the challenge. Those who take part in all four weeks and achieve an overall participation score of 65 percent will also be eligible for 20 Tier 2 points.  

This challenge is administered by Be Well Solutions and is open to full-time, benefits-eligible employees only. Please register no later than May 4, 2021. .
