The Balancing Work and Caregiving: Management of the Sandwich Generation workshop will be held Tuesday, Nov. 29, from noon-1 p.m. in the Kent Student Center, Room 310AB. The seminar will provide you with an understanding of the roles and issues centered on caregiving to help facilitate better communication with your loved ones.
Stress management strategies will be presented for balancing work, caregiving and other life responsibilities. You will be introduced to options and resources in the community and at the workplace to help effectively manage caregiving roles. The presenter is Kelsey Loushin, LICDC. A light lunch will be provided.
