Fortune Magazine Ranks 91²Ö¿â Online Master of Science in Business Analytics #12 in Nation

The 91²Ö¿â Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship’s Online Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) ranks No. 12 in the nation in .

For this ranking, Fortune set out to identify the best online degree programs for the next generation of business analysts. The result was Fortune’s first-ever ranking of the nation’s best online business analytics programs. According to Fortune, these business analytics master’s programs not only have world class professors and a top-notch curriculum, but they also attract some of the brightest students.

Elizabeth Smart Included in Stark Campus' Featured Speaker Series

Tickets will be available Monday, Feb. 7, for the second speaker in a notable lineup headlining the 30th season of 91²Ö¿â at Stark’s Featured Speakers Series.

Elizabeth Smart, child abduction survivor and child welfare advocate, will speak Wednesday, February 23, at 7:30 p.m. at the Stark Campus.

Tickets for Smart’s presentation are available today from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. at the Office of Student Services, 132 Main Hall. The Featured Speakers Series is free and open to the public, but tickets are required and limited to two per person. Learn more.

Become a Collaborator: Design Innovation Offers Weekly Orientations

Did you know that the spaces in the Design Innovation Hub are open to the entire 91²Ö¿â Community? Attending one of the weekly DI Hub Orientations is the first step to gaining access to the DI Hub facilities. Whether you are ready to become a collaborator or just curious to learn more, to tour the DI Hub to gain information on the ecosystem, equipment, and access.


KEEP's Mentoring Mondays Accepting Applications

Developed in partnership between Human Resources Training & Development and Kent Engaged and Emerging Professionals (KEEP), Mentoring Mondays provides a way for 91²Ö¿â employees to connect as mentor and mentee. Join KEEP over the lunch hour for round-table-style discussions with professionals in a variety of fields. 

Why group mentoring? Group mentoring allows a mentor to reach multiple mentees at once. Although structured as a group setting, each individual mentee can grow professionally through group mentoring.

A mentee can be any KSU employee dedicated to their own professional growth. All sessions are virtual.

Be a Mentor!

Mentors are full-time employees who have a minimum of 5 years work history at 91²Ö¿â and a desire to coach a small group of mentees on their area of expertise. The initial meeting will be one hour, over lunch, and afterwards mentors will be connected with the group of mentees if both would like to continue the connection. To be eligible, mentors must also have a satisfactory performance evaluation on file and permission from their immediate supervisor.

REMINDER: Important Information Regarding Spring 2022 Midterm Grading for all Lower-division Undergraduate Courses

Online midterm grading for all Spring 2022 lower-division undergraduate courses (levels 00000, 10000, 20000) meeting in the full term (January 18, 2022 through May 3, 2022) begins February 8, 2022 via FlashFAST. Please remember that midterm grading applies ONLY to courses that meet for the full semester. Grading policies can be found in the .

The deadline for midterm grade submission is midnight on Monday, March 7. Midterm grades may not be reported after the deadline. The Grade Change workflow cannot be used to report or change midterm grades after the deadline, and the Registrar's Office will not accommodate other late submission requests.

Submit Midterm Grades Using Midterm Grades Roster
To submit midterm grades via the Midterm Grades roster, login to then click Faculty & Advisors/Faculty Dashboard/Grading Resources. Locate Midterm Grades to submit grades.

Submit Midterm Grades Using Grade Push (Canvas/Blackboard Users)
If you use either Blackboard Learn or Canvas, there is a tool to make reporting your midterm grades easier with a push of the button. The process is called Grade Push and it will allow you to “push†the midterm grades recorded in Blackboard or Canvas into our KSU Midterm Grade Roster, thus eliminating the time and effort spent manually entering them.
   
To access the Grade Push application, login to , then click Faculty & Advisors/Faculty Dashboard/Grading Resources.

  • Canvas users will select Canvas Midterm Grade Push to submit grades.
  • Blackboard users will select Blackboard Midterm Grade Push to submit grades.

If you have questions or concerns regarding the Grade Push applications, please direct them to support.kent.edu.

Please Note: The Grade Push applications have been developed as an option to assist in streamlining the university grading process. The use of these application is not mandatory, though it is encouraged.
