C2C Program
The C2C program is based on forming partnerships with companies wherein the company provides input about training/curriculum that they would like the interns to have so they are “job ready†upon graduation. The intention is that the student interns with the same company throughout their tenure at KSU gaining progressive work experience, knowledge and responsibility. While the company has the opportunity to recruit and groom future employees, students gain valuable, real world experience and possibly a full time position when they graduate. I developed the idea with Tony Pagliaroli and Fives North America has joined with us on the program. The hope is to develop a pipeline of students to various companies for internships and permanent positions.
