Submit Content to Faculty/Staff News Now
Do you have a story or an event that should be shared with all faculty and staff? Submit it today!
Be sure to include the following elements:
- Title
- Copy/press release (in AP Style format)
- Summary (any content featured in Faculty/Staff News Now will have a small blurb in the email edition which will lead to a landing page with the complete article)
- Graphic/photo (preferably square, at least 300x300 pixels)
- Relevant links
- Date to be published
Faculty/Staff News Now is published every Monday (or Tuesday, when Monday is a holiday), so content must be submitted by the Thursday prior.
You can submit one of two ways: Email content to facultystaffnews@kent.edu. Or, fill out a Communication Request Form and select "Faculty/Staff News Now" from the communication vehicles.
Please note: content like professional achievements, publications and other professional activity can be submitted here.
