Dining Services Responds to Customer Requests

Over the last few months, University Dining Services has been reviewing customer feedback from on-campus dining locations and making enhancements. Here are a few examples:

  • Dining locations now offer a wider variety of food selections.
  • The number of food service staff has increased to provide faster service and more consistent food preparation.
  • Dining Services conducts daily site visits to ensure the best experience for customers.
  • More value meals are available to help save money.

Dining Services is working hard to make everyone’s dining experience satisfying. Next time you eat at an on-campus dining location, please provide feedback to let them know how they are doing. Simply visit or complete a Voice of the Consumer card at the location.
