Biography
Aviad A. Israeli is a Professor of service management and hospitality management and the program coordinator of HEM/HTM. His studies focus on identifying firm assets and their impact of firm performance in the hospitality industry, on evaluation of crisis management practices in the hospitality and tourism industries and on studying the dynamics of service encounters. He is ranked among the 100 most prolific researchers in hospitality and tourism research by the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research. His research appeared in leading journals such as International Journal of Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Service Industries Journal and Journal of Travel Research.
