91�ֿ� Me

I joined 91�ֿ�’s Division of University Communications and Marketing in May of 2023, after 20 years in the media and publishing industries. I have the great pleasure of working with a wide variety of inspiring, creative and talented individuals across our content, creative, marketing and web teams. I’m also very proud to be an alumna of 91�ֿ�. I have a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in creative writing and continue to take classes when I can, in pursuit of being a lifelong learner. 

I knew I wanted to be a writer from a very young age. Getting to make my living as a writer and editor, telling great stories about Golden Flashes around the globe, and helping others make their writing shine brings me joy every single day.

91�ֿ� is truly special place – a beautiful campus filled with a rich tapestry of intelligent, kind and passionate people who all want to make a positive impact on the world in their own unique way. In addition, the motto “Flashes Take Care of Flashes” isn’t simply lip service, it really means something, and I get to see proof of that every day while working on campus.

Fun Facts

I am obsessed with good coffee and while in college worked for a local coffee roaster, where I earned a “certified coffee taster” designation, akin to being a sommelier for wine. Next time you need a recommendation for a good varietal, drop me a line!
