On Campus Student COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics Begin April 7

As part of a program announced by Gov. Mike DeWine, 91²Ö¿â will be receiving a large quantity of the one-shot Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines. It is the governor’s desire to see all university students vaccinated before they leave for summer break. This additional vaccine opportunity allows us to stay true to our Flashes Safe Eight safety protocols.

We strongly encourage all students to get vaccinated. Beginning Wednesday, April 7, 2021, vaccination clinics for 91²Ö¿â students will be held on the Ashtabula Campus and others.  Dean Stocker has a special message encouraging students to register now to schedule an appointment.

Ashtabula Campus REGISTRATION

  • Location: Gymnasium, 3300 Lake Road West, Ashtabula, OH 44004

VACCINE ELIGIBILITY

Students must be 18 years or older to receive the Johnson & Johnson shot. Currently, the only vaccine that has been approved for those ages 16 and older is the Pfizer vaccine. As of March 29, all Ohioans ages 16 and older are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.

Faculty members are asked to be flexible with verified student class absences due to students receiving the vaccine.
