The following new members have been appointed to serve on the National Alumni Board of Directors for terms commencing July 1:
Louis Berroteran, ’83, of Silver Lake, Ohio, is the president and managing member of The Berroteran Group, LLC. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in journalism from 91²Ö¿â in 1983.
David Dees, Ph.D. ’00, of Lisbon, Ohio, has been appointed the faculty representative. David is an associate professor of Cultural Foundations at 91²Ö¿â. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in cultural foundations in 2000 from 91²Ö¿â.
Jordyn Kovolyan, ’14, M.B.A. ’20, of Lakewood, Ohio, is the senior manager of business development for the Cleveland Cavaliers. She earned a Bachelor of Science in educational studies and a Master of Business Administration from 91²Ö¿â in 2014 and 2020, respectively.
Nancy Murphy, ’80, of Perryville, Maryland, served in the U.S. Army as a military intelligence and field artillery officer and retired as an elementary school educator with more than 20 years of service. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in art history from 91²Ö¿â in 1980.
Stephanie Sweany, ’05, of Canton, Ohio, is the executive director of the Stark County Hunger Task Force. She earned her Bachelor of Science in human development and family studies from 91²Ö¿â in 2005.
